One of our reputed client is looking for a secretary/ PA to the MD.
Job Description:
· Assist the MD in his day-to-day work.
· Coordinate meetings & keep track of timelines.
· Handle overseas clients.
· Act as a communication channel between the Europe clientele and management/ concerned department
· Communicate and liaison with the clients for business development.
· Inter departmental communication & coordination.
· Record keeping, documentation, database management and updation.
· Supervise travel & accommodation arrangements for senior management.
· Preparation of Meeting Agenda and maintain Minutes of Meeting.
Designation: Client coordinator -cum- Personal assistant/ Secretary to MD.
Specifications:
· Excellent command over English language (UK accent).
· Should have work experience of 2-4 years
· Good command over MS Office specially MS Outlook
· Should be female candidate. Preferably unmarried in the age group of 25-30.
· Well-groomed & pleasing personality
· Willingness to work in 1 – 10 pm shift (UK shift).
· Willingness to overseas travel (UK).
· Should be a valid passport holder.
· Qualification: any UG/ PG, preferably convent educated.
· Exposure of IT, ITES, BPO (preferred).
· Experience of Business development, tele-calling, sales coordination (preferred).
Other Remarks:
Should be located or willing to relocate to Kanpur (UP), accommodation and Cab facilities will be provided for outstation candidates.
Compensation:
Rs. 4 lakhs/ annum.
