Qualifications:
Exposure:
* MBA/ PGDBM
* 1-3 years of experience in training & development
* Sales background
o FMCG / Retail exposure a Plus
Duties & Responsibilities:
Customer Orientation Indicators:
* Commercial Acumen
* Commitment to Quality
* Ensuring PMS compliance
* Adherence to training program delivery strategies and methodologies.
Financial Indicators:
* Ensuring Return On Investment on Training.
* Floor Training
* Generating of report collation, analysis and forecast.
* Qualitative Audits - mystery shopping
* Cross selling sales figures of two quarters within training interim
* Ensuring there is an increase in the internal promotions among the trained people.
* Prepare & present training related reports.
* Prepare & present performance related report periodically.
Learning & Development:
* Ensuring training & development activities for individual growth.
* Cross Functional Training.(Payroll/coffee training)
Process indicators:
* Training best practice benchmarking across retail.
* Creation of an Assessment Centre process.
* Ensuring the periodical Training certification process.
* Creation of training report formats.
* Develop and document organizational training policy & procedures.
* Network with training outfits for external training program.
* Provide and participate in leadership programs in the organization.
* Provide feedback at strategic points in employees career to navigate his/her professional growth.
* Create training reports and maintain feedback records
* Present senior management with data that covers organizations future needs
* Develop & implement annual / periodical training calendar.
Authority
* Authorize certifications of employees;
* Vendor selection for external trainers.
