There is an urgent requirement for the post of Manager Learning & OD with our client, one of the leading textile and garment manufacturers.



Experience: 5-7 years

Location: Mumbai

Qualification: Must be an MBA (HR)

Male candidates would be preferred.

Note: Candidate must have a good exposure of working in a manufacturing set up.



Key Role: Job Profiling, Competency Mapping, PMS, OD Initiatives & Training.

* The person is going to be based at the Corporate Office but may have to travel to the plant
