Roles & Responsibilities:

1) End to End Recruitment (Right from Requisition raised to the joining of the person)

2) Handling Joining Formalities/ Induction Process

2) Handling the Appraisal Process

4) Payroll Processing

5) Conducting Employee engagement session

7) Motivating the employees

8) Conducting training sessions for the Team leaders

9) Streamlining the processes.

10) Will be involved in all the HR related functions

11) Grievance Handling



Qualification : MBA HR

Experience :0 to 1 year in handling recruitments for IT Industry preferably experience in handling PHP, .Net, Java Positions.

Female candidates from Pune will be preferred.
