Position: Sr. HR Manager or Associate Director

Total experience: 10+ yrs

Job description:

The approx. role and profile of this person should be:



Manage 2-3 Industry Groups and Technology Practices (around 2500 persons)

Have a team of 4-5 persons reporting into him / her

Manage end to end processes for PES like:

Performance Management, increments and promotions

Reward and recognition

Career development and talent Management

HR Operations for the IG’s

Employee engagement and People-Connect

HR Analytics for the BU and measuring the effectiveness of HR

Leading, Guiding and mentoring the HR team

ETC

The person should be dynamic, a go-getter, self-motivated with a proven track record

The persons should have around 8-10 years of experience out of which around 2 years should be in a leadership role playing the above activities.
