Job Description:

Must have experience in Contract staffing on a CMM level client account.

Must have good communication and presentation skill,

Must have good knowledge on the technologies and the release,

Must be flexible and good in attitude,

Must have strong experience on working with portals (Monster, Naukri, Times Job, Linked-in, ect )

To work with hiring managers on recruiting planning meetings.

Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.

Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.

Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.

Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.



Salary: Will be on market standard
