Job Description



Handling Indian payroll for employees with good IT knowledge.



1.Processing Payroll (As per Indian Payroll Norms) for more than 1000 employees.



2.Managing clients from different Zones of India.



3.Reconciliation of payroll and Tax Calculation for all employees.



4.Ensuring the compliance is met and the filing is done in time.



5.Preparing MIS reports and Statutory Reports such as PF,ESI & Professional tax for the Clients



6.Successfully handled the queries from the clients and internal department through CRM modules.



7.Managing and coordinating with the HR working with all the clients to get the accurate Salary details.



8.Preparing Full & Final Settlements and arranging for the required documents for the employee EXIT.



9.Verifying the Investment Declaration Proofs and reimbursements to meet the deliverables.



10.Preparation of Form 16 and filing e-TDS.
