We have an immediate opening for a HR - Executive (Recruitment). Please find below the requirements, interested candidates can get in touch with me for further details.

Location : Bangalore
Compensation : Best in the industry (not a constraint for the right candidate)
Education : MBA/MSW/PGDM-HR/IR
Industry Type :RPO/ KPO / Research /Analytics
Role : HR Executive, HR Assistant, Recruitment Exec, Recruiter
Functional Area: HR / Administration, IR
Candidate Profile:
1. Any Graduate with Min 6 - 1 yr experience in handling Recruitment is a must.
2. MBA / MSW / PGDM in HR is an added advantage.
3. Shld b very good at sourcing & screening candidates.
3. Ability to prioritize, work on multiple assignments, and manage ambiguity.
4. Must have good knowledge of recruitment across levels and be abreast with current trends in markets.
5. Should have excellent knowledge & should have aggressively worked on portals like Naukri, Monster Timesjob etc.
6. Experience in campus recruitment would be an added advantage
7. Excellent presentation, communication & interpersonal skills.
8. Candidate residing in and around chennai will only be considered for this position, others excuse.
Job Description:
1. Sourcing profiles through networking, consultants, referrals, cold calling, preliminary screening and conducting the first round interview (telephonic/direct)
2. Posting jobs whenever a manpower request is received and filtering the responses relevant to the requirements.
3. Taking care of the Walk-in candidates, accommodate them with the test process and evaluate the test papers.
4. Scheduling interviews & Follow-ups, maintaining database related to recruitment.
5. Liaising with peers to ensure that gaps and overlaps are minimized.
6. Ensure to provide accurate and timely reports to the seniors / management & ensure daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports are submitted on time.
