Talent management in a recessionary economy is the topic de jour from enterprises, vendors, financial analysts, hedge funds and pretty much anyone observing the talent management space. With all of the talk about “are we or aren’t we in a recession”, what shareholders and observers should be really talking about is a companies ability to adapt to uncertain economic times. Although we know that some companies in India are using this time to invest in training and development, are companies really practicing what they read/preach?
In that context we want to understand the impact of the recession in the training and development arena in your work place. We are conducting a small online survey to that effect.
