Let us start a new discussion which will utlise our new members and ofcourse for us also.



We, HR persons do some activities with a set timings and as per statutory rules. For example giving attendance of an employee in a particular form and show the concerned Govt. officials at the time of ainspections, Payment of of PF challan in specified manner with different account number and its split up, last date for Payment of PF,ESI challans fines etc. Why cant we prepare or share ideas on this topic and let us all prepare a list of activities performed as a Proffessional HR person. So as to keep it as a ready scheduler for our activities. Ofcourse it is useful for us one type of re-collection of our activities once again.

I may request every one to create file and share with all on right from Employee attendance to organisation closure in statutory way(the Forms and their Numbers, The last date,The requirements, The responsibilities of Principal employers(HR), The punishments etc.) of course they may be in labour laws, factory acts and other laws etc. But in a practical way let us prepare for it.
