Education : B.E. or MBA



Requirements:

• 10 to 12 years of solid experience in various technical positions in a software company with at least 4 years as a Technical Architect.

• Strong experience in Analysis, Design, Development and Testing of Windows, Web, Mobile applications using diverse platforms including Microsoft .Net Technologies, Web development tools, Android and other latest

technologies.

• Excellent Database & UI designing skills and Coding skills. Must be capable of converting design into

application.

• Along with strong Technical skills, solid Analytical and Logical abilities are required.

• Proven track record in developing Statement of Work, proposals, estimations and budget.

• Hands on experience in different support tools like source code control tools, testing tools and test reporting

tools.

• Must have provided strategic technical consultancy services to clients on implementing value-driven

applications, thus driving revenue growth.

• In-depth ability to understand business requirements, plan, evaluate risks and develop a roadmap to

strengthen IT capabilities.

• Exposure to Financial Domain – Capital Markets/ Securities is a definite advantage.



Responsibilities:

• Contribute and guide projects to success by providing technical leadership.

• Evaluate, recommend, define and implement enterprise business architecture models, standards and

platforms to enable business and IT transformations.

• Partner with clients to align technology investments with strategic goals to deliver true business automation

value. Plan and oversee the delivery of architectural design, development, implementation, integration, and

standardization of projects with strong ROI.

• Keep abreast with new technologies and determine the impact of hardware and/or software upgrades on

applications.

• Ensure high quality, adherence to standards and best practices, high performance, and scalable, repeatable

processes and deliverables.

• Provide project knowledge and expertise to the teams.

• Participatein project estimation.

• Document and deliver and/or guide in delivering technical documents.

• Communicate with Project Manager on functional aspects like progress of project, team skills and knowledge

sharing.
