Hi,

I am thinking of doing SAP in HR module but i am very confused regarding its usage and applicability. Is there any scope and career growth for HR-SAP candidates? If yes, then in what kind of industries and cities? Also can any body give proper details about SAP-HR module.

Regards

Hi,

I am sorry to say this but i dont have any relevent experience of SAP.... but as i have planned for the same i have dug out information from different resoures so i am providing if that can help you.....
In india there are three main authorised centers (you will find may non-autho.)
namely SIEMENS,DELPHI AND GENOVATE
they provide placement and live project as well.

Basic requirment if are dreaming SAP career,
Min 2 years relevent exp (preferably from Manufa.industry)
1 live project (full life cycle) exp.

Any IT domain (as a SAP consultant), any manufacturing (for SAP support and as a enduser) is open for you if want get in to in SAP

then go for SAP ......becoz if you will adv. of main IT comapnies they will demand for same.....also if you will do it from autho centers that will pave your way....

FEES (from autho- 1,60000 to 3,50000) and *(from 15000 to 60000) form non autho

for more details go on above mentioned website (SIEMENS,DELPHI AND GENOVATE )

reply you need if any

hi barkha,

greetings of the day....

Actually any other relevent experince will do but manuf industry exp.is most prefarable ...reason behind SAP is used by 70% manufacturing of this world and even if you are going to work in IT company you are suppose to work for devolpment of SAP for manufactuting industry so if u will have exper. from Manuf. industry not only tht help u to get a job but to do your best.
even while learning SAP if you dont have manuf expe. u will face difficult to understand becoz it covers every part of our HR .....

as far as your profile is concerned i dont think so u need to worry.....

regards,
tejas
