Can you let me know about the standard salary structures along with % deductions, shares.

Not many HR managers think about an effective way to build a salary structure. Especially upcoming company like mine.
i was looking for literature online for salary structures and came across this interesting blog post for structuring salaries . Interesting thing is they have a salary calculator that you can download as well. It also mentions the deductions and compliance guidelines as well.
Its basically a really good informative guide for everyone who is confused the various components of the salary like HRA, Basic etc
