Dear HR Frenz,



This is one issue that I feel is of a lot of importance in today's world!



We all know the problem that the females are facing now a days especially in bigger cities like Delhi / NCR. I want to draw the attention of the respected forum towards this ever growing issue of an insecure environment for females.



I would like to take it up as an initiative and would request my HR frenz to advice and participate in this initiative to give a secure envioronment to the females around us.



How can we do it?

What are the steps to be taken towards this?



These are a few questions that I feel we should answer and then more importantly, don't stop after answering! We need to implement them also. As they say, "Charity Begins at Home" we can also start implementing this initiative in our respective companies and see i we can convert this initiative into a movement!!!
