Please help me in clearing doubts in respect of the following points:



Is it compulsory for any establishment to take prior permission of the appropriate govt for retrenchment of employees under ID act-1947?

What compensation amt to be paid for such retrenched employees?

Is it applicable to establishment where less than 25 employees are working under third party roll?
