Requirement for Junior Officer - Customer Service-Marketing:

Qualification : Graduate ( any stream )Hands on knowledge on computer

Location : Hyderabad/Secundrabad, Andhra Pradesh

Location : Bollaram, Andhra Pradesh

JOB PROFILE :

- Order Handling

- Interface between Customer and Operation



Order Handling

- Receive orders from customers, punch and schedule the same in the system

- Track the orders position and communicate to customers on query or in case of delay.

- Follow up with customers well before the run for orders to connect in the run



Interface between Customer and Operation

- Interface with customers and operations to understand and set the priority for dispatches.

- Follow up with customers for clearance of material lying in stock.

- Provide dispatch information to customers

- Interface with customers and mill to provide any specific information needed.



Age : 20 - 25 years , Male

Salary: 2.50 lacs

No of positions: 2

Experience: 2 -3 years experience preferable



Other Requirements :

· Should be good in communication

· Energetic, eagerness to learn and work with team approach.

· Should be able to handle pressure / demand

· Should be able to communicate well in English, Hindi and Local language.
