Respected Seniors,
I Am Currently Working In A Gym Chain, Handling The Entire HR Department. Is Delhi Shop Establishment Act Is Applicable On This Company To Apply The Leave Policy? If Yes, There Are 12 Leaves (Sick + Casual) To Be Given In A Calendar Year. What Break Up Can Be Used For Sick And Casual Leaves For Employees Working There?
I have to prepare leave policy for the company once decided.
