Hi,
We have various sources in Recruitment,but referrals always stand on the top priority.
1) It makes a note that employee referrals are always given a preference rather than other source and which in sense will be a moral booster for the employee in all aspects.
2) It is always a quick way to get your requirement closed with good valuable resource.
3) It may bring down your attrition rate to a level of frequency.
4) Then there is always been a policy in most companies that a HR guy should not refer him/her as they stand on the hot seat.
5) Referrals concentrate on Major requirements of a company.
So being a HR Generalist, i would always prefer referrals against all other sources.
