Hi Friends,
I am Meghna who is working Team Computers Pvt Ltd which is a system integrated company. I need to prepare some referral policy. Please help me in making one.
Your friend could get a great job,…we could get a top notch employee and you may be eligible for Employee Referral Bonus!!!!
Advertisement Job openings
All the job openings will be advertised in the company portal/notice board with detailed job profile and compensation details. Any employee who wish to refer any candidate will fill Employee Referral Form and submit along with resume of the candidate (manully/ electronically) to the HR dept.
Eligibility for participation
Any employee who is on the rolls of the ABC Company can participate in the employee referral programme. Employees above the rank of HOD of department (including HodS), hr dept staff are not eligible for participation in the programme. They can refer the candidates but they are not eligible for the benefits
Bonus for participation
Bonus will be paid when employee works for xxx days in the company. Employee will be called to the Hr dept, bonus will be paid along with appreciation letter.
Referral Bonus
1. First successful referral—Rs.xxxx
2. Second successful referral- 10% higher than the first referral amount
3. Third and further successful referral-20% higher than the first referral amount
Referral champion
Employee who made highest no of successful referral will be Referral champion. Special gift worth xxxx will be given along with certificate in xxxx function.
Who can/cant be referred?
Friends, family member, colleagues, social net work friends…etc can be referred. Candidate working with our own clients, vendors, suppliers and others whom company believes if taken will affect company and its stake holders cannot be referred
Guidelines
1. Management has the right to reject any candidate without assigning any reason. Decision of the management is final.
2. Ex employees of the company cannot be referred.
3. Single candidate cannot be referred more than once
4. Employee has to fill out employee referral form and then submit the resume of the referred candidate.
5. Referred Candidate may be used for future vacancies within the period of one year then referral bonus is payable
6. Management has the right to terminate/change employee referral program without notice
7. Hr dept has the right to know/conduct referral check either directly or indirectly
Suggestions
1. You can give small gifts to employees who makes referral whether it is successful or not
2. Notify electronically to the referrer when decision is made
3. Make internal portal for employee referral for easy administration
