Dear All,

Can anyone solve my problem in MS Outlook

All my Read mails are becoming Unread if i go to another folder coz of this i am unable to differentiate between Read mails and Unread mails

Hi Vasavi,

please go to the options in tools menu.

Click on "others"

you find reading pane option

check mark the " Mark item as read when select chenges"

try out and let me know.

I have also attached the picture file of it.

Hi Vasavi,

There are 2 options.

1. Try going to Help Menu. There is a Detect and repair option where you can just click on it and check it.

2. Best option is to copy the Data File and save it in another folder and resinstall MS office.

Its better if any person whom you know is good at installation of software will do it.

Hi Vasavi,

You can try this option once.

Go to tools Menu - - options - - others tab in that you can see the Reading pane option you can change the options there
