Hi all,



I am doing my MBA through correspondence and as part of the curriculum i have to do a project.



I am planning to do on Recognition & Rewards system in an organisation.



Request you to send the policy what you all are following in your organisation.

Hi

Its better u check it out in which Industry you want to go for the project.

Different policy is prevails in different fields. For example, IT, Banking has different parameters for the eligibility of awards.
