We've initiated a new scheme which will fetch one and all the employees 100% of their actual CTC as incentives purely based on performance. This is applicable for all cutting across all Departments. I have defined KPIs, still I am not satisfied. Any one has a better idea of metrics for Accounts/Finance, HR/Admin, Sals/Mktg/BD, Procurement/Planning, Projects/Operations, Legal/Liaison/Cust.Support/Cust.Relations etc.??
