can anybody help me to know on what parameters is the performance assessment done for Accounts/ finance.
And at factory level for Mechanical maintenance, Electrical maintenance.

Its very tidious but not difficult. You can gather the details for the below:
1. Accounting of expenses done properly and how many were subjected to the audit objections
2. Is cash reconciled properly
3. Taxes deposited on time and computations done correctly
4. Assisted in the payroll processing
5. Helpful in the compliances and coordination with statutory departments
6. Coordination with the field staff
