I'm working at a small organization and everything have to manage manually.I'm facing problem at the time of salary making means at the end of the month.We have manually attendance management and payroll.
Please tell me easy way to calculate salary at the end of the month and how to manage the data for salary making and how easily can relate it.

Hi Aparna,
You might want to utilize Excel for recurring calculation. You might create a sheet with all the regular heads like Basic pay, HRA, Allowances etc and also deductions like Transport, PF etc. Then include a formula to deduct these from earnings which will allow you to arrive at the taxable for the month. Calculate the same by 12 months (since this is the beginning of the financial year). This will allow you to arrive at the tax amount.
You will be able to arrive at the net salary based on tax amount. I have attached a very basic calculator. Hope this helps.
You can add divisions and customize it. It is just a basic calculator. Do let me know if you need anything else.
