Position: Admin Assistant
Experience required: 6 months to 2 years
Location: Bangalore
Work Days: Mon to Fri
Work Time: 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM It’s Part-time
Requirements:
ØCandidate should be able to manage primary activities like
Calendar Management
ØClient Meetings / Arrangement
ØArranging conferences
ØHotel Accommodation
ØSelect flights for Domestic travel
Should be able to Interact with top management / executives
Should have working knowledge of Power point, Word, Excel and mail box management.
Should be pleasant, smart and articulate with good written and spoken communication skills.
Should possess good coordination skills (Primary Criteria for selection)
