Work Location: Chennai

Experience: 2.5 months to 5 years



Job Spec:



• Responsible for full life cycle of Recruitment process.

• Team Handling

• Understanding the client needs & processing the deliverables within a stipulated time frame. Sourcing and Interviewing the candidates according to the requirements.

• Sourcing the right talent using different Job Sites/ Portals, Employee Referral Schemes, Recruitment agencies and personal contacts

• Excellent verbal and written Communication skills

• High level of initiative and self-motivation.

• Must be able to work independently under pressure, with never give up attitude

• Excellent follow-up skills
