-> Candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills with a pleasing personality and flair for recruitment.



-> Should have atleast 6 months of work experience in BPO recruitments.



-> Managing end to end Recruitment Process for Clients in the ITES Vertical



-> Responsible for full hiring cycle - sourcing,screening, interview scheduling & coordination, negotiating compensation packages, joining etc.



-> Developing strong client and candidate relationships and maintain communication with both.
