JOB DESCRIPTION: Managing the acquisition, development, performance and motivation of the human resources of the organization by acting as a culture manager and change agent himself.

IDEAL PROFILE: Post graduate (preferably MBA-HR) with 4-6 yrs experience in recruitment, training and development, compensation & benefit, statutory HR and policy creation.
