Introduction :

Emotional Intelligence – EQ – is a relatively recent behavioral model, rising to prominence with Daniel Goleman’s 1995 Book called ‘Emotional Intelligence’.

Emotional Intelligence is increasingly relevant to the development of both the individual and the organization. It relates strongly with concepts of love and spirituality which brings compassion and humanity at work.

We have all met people who are academically brilliant and yet are socially and inter-personally inept. We know that despite possessing a high IQ rating, success does not automatically follow, EQ is the golden key to success.

Objectives

The objective of this program is to enable the participants to survive in this unsure and competitive environment by utilizing the Emotional Intelligence Quotient as a skill and an attitude.

EQ can be developed through structured learning and practicing. This session will help the participants to harness their EQ. High EQ = low insecurity = more openness. People with low EQ tend to have personal unresolved issues and conversely People with strong EQ have less emotional ‘baggage’.
