I done MBA-HR in 2006 and currently I working with a consulting firm in recruitment. but now I not feeling comfortable to work with a consultancy in this recession time. and not able to get any chance to move on Generalist profile in Corporate.
Now, I am not much interested in recruitment. Could you please advise what are the other options for me? I am open to do any course like Corporate law, etc. If you can advise me anything, it will be a great help for me.

May be you can try these options
1. Get into Training : See what is your strenghts and try finding an opportuninty in that field.
2. You can do some courses in HR, google down, you will find one, if not in your city, you can get to do many online courses. (LET ME KNOW IF YOU FIND SOMETHING IN INDIA, I WILL ALSO DO)
3.Start your own company
4.Take the term recession out of your mind.
5. You can do VISA Processing in some organisation
6.If you have good sales skills, get into sales.
