Hi,
I am jothi doing my final year MBA, currently i am working on the project of performance Management using Management by objectives(MBO). As there is no standard format for appraisal and this is the first time in which iam going to frame the standard format i need your guidance.
At the same time i request you to provide a sample format of MBO for my reference.

For your project, it would be more interesting and meaningful if you combine/compare MBO with other tools/theories of Performance Management. Because, one concept/tool alone is never complete & satisfactory!
