• The candidate is responsible for recruitment of professionals for all Levels of Organization.
• Understanding the needs of the Client and sourcing resumes through job portals, Database, Networking & head hunting etc.
• Coordinating between Clients and Candidates.
• Minimum 1yr of experience in recruitment industry.
• Good Head Hunting Skills
• Good knowledge of technologies.
• Knowledge of Recruitment Processes and Methodologies.
• Good in using Job Portals, Excel sheets, Outlook Mails.
• Very Good written and Spoken English skills.
Senior Level : 3 yrs and above: 1 Position.
• The candidate is responsible for recruitment of professionals for all Levels of Organization.
• Understanding the needs of the Client and sourcing resumes through job portals, Database, Networking & head hunting etc.
• Should Able to coordinate between Clients and Candidates.
• Good Head Hunting Skills are Mandatory
• Very Good knowledge of all IT Technologies.
• Very Good Knowledge of Recruitment Methodologies and Process.
• Strong written and Spoken English skills.
Additional Details
Experience:
1-2 Years for junior recruiter;
3-4 yrs for Sr. Level position.
