Required Skills:

In depth knowledge of Microsoft Business intelligence product stack (SQL Server 2008, SSRS, SSIS and preferable SSAS).

Sound knowledge & Expertise of Database development including data modeling, developing Stored Procedures etc.

Understanding of Database Query Performance tuning & optimization.

Sound concepts on warehouse terminologies (star/snow flake etc.,) and scenario based warehouse design.

Willingness to own a responsibility, lead a team and successfully deliver on it.

Provide technical leadership and at the same time be hands on.

Passion to work in a small, driven company.

Excellent communication skills



Preferred skills:

Good experience in warehouse projects handling large volumes of data and near real-time reporting.

Retail/CPG domain knowledge

Exposure to .Net web technologies
