Dear All,

I have been in the field of HR (Hard Core) since 7 years and due to some personal reasons I am not able to continue the full time job.

I am looking for A Work from Home Option.

My scope of work consists of Organizational Design, Restructuring & Development, Designing & Implementing HR practices & Systems, Employee Engagement, Performance Management Systems, Training & Development, Change Management with the help of HR interventions, etc. These includes the process right from the company diagnosis till the solution along with continuous monitoring.

Hence, I would like if you can guide/help me in finding this kind of opportunity.

It seems you have got good experience in Core HR Activities. You have not mentioned in which city you are looking for the opportunity
