Qualification:

Any Graduate



Experience:

6 months to 2 years



Responsibilities:

Candidates will be involved in end to end recruitment lifecycle.

Responsibilities includes Analyzing the JD, understanding the client's requirement thoroughly, Sourcing and screening of valid profiles, Scheduling the short listed profiles for interview and following up with the client for feedback, Candidate Selection, offer negotiation and follow up with joinees to ensure the onboarding.



Desire Skills:

Possess excellent communication skills

Good sourcing skills across IT technologies

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Have hands on experience to work on job portals (Naukri, Monster)

Flexible in work timings, Good attitude, team player, target driven, career oriented and a quick learner
