� Drive Employee Engagement activities

� Manage & front end all HR processes � internal & external

� Aggressive Performance Management system (PMS) implementation

� Proactively plan & drive retention control measures

� Establish & Drive various communication channels to enable 360 degree communication through various communication forums.

� Handling employee motivation, Training & Development activities

� Quick response to RFI/RFPs as & when needed

� Participate in & contribute to Location activities

� Front end all HR activities at an Account level- internal & external

� Experience in Event management will be an added advantage



LOCATION : Mumbai



Experience : 3-5 years
