Requirement for a HR Associate - Generalist



The Job Description:



 The first level HR interface for all issues related to an employee.

 Coordinate the review, design and implementation of HR policies and strategies in collaboration with the reporting authorities

 Manage & maintain a comprehensive employee database (EDB) with respect to all employees’ personal details, history of salaries, performance ratings, Training needs & Development updates.

 Handled all kinds of correspondence with the new employees in the organization (appointment letters, offer of appointment, reference checks, salary certificates, joining reports, introduction to the group heads, ID cards, maintenance of personal files and original certificates of the employees)

 Active role in Employee Relations & Talent Acquisition.

 Payroll administration.

 Performance Management Systems.

 Responsible for coordination/ensure training of associates on development programs.

 Delivering the client deliverables within the SLA’s.

 Understanding the current systems & working towards process implementations.

 Generating and providing MIS reports to the management
