3. Identifying training needs based in Individual Development plan of employees and key functional competencies

4. Vendor development

5. Module development

6. Delivery of training modules. ( should possess excellent platform skills)

7. Training Evaluation (e.g Kirk Patrick's model /others).

8. Audit of L&D function as per Ford Audit Standards.

9. Facing of to Senior management – Strategy/Metrics and other regular reviews

10. Develop and implement new training interventions ( Project and Change management)

11. Knowledge on Six Sigma will be an added advantage
