Hi Friends,



Every newspaper and management is talking on the above topics ONLY these days. We are all giving Diwali wishes, discussing cricket etc. but did not raise this issue in our forum.



Lets put our heads together on this. Please share your views. Are your Companies retrenching or do you know about other SMEs who have started acting on it. What %age? Is it going to affect our jobs too!!! Are we heading towards a tought time too? Lot of questions but ambiguous answers.



I see lot of seniors in this forum and would request all to give their inputs on this.
