The word has already found its prestigious place in the books of history. Sounds rude? But I humbly appeal to buy the fact and in the near future the word would go completely untraceable from English

Everybody needs it but hardly anyone practices it, I am always in this confusion that why is such an important element is not given due respects. A critical point to follow like a prayer we perform we everyday both at work and off work

The recent experiences, stories I have read and heard of forced to share my feelings after a really long time with you all. I am afraid when people say "Integrity...C'mon friend, who cares about it?" when no one is really caring how can all of us expect to have best things in life?

A good job, hefty pay packets, swanky offices are the considerations for people. Agreed all of us wish for a comfortable lifestyle, but to achieve these why is that certain segment of the people often forget to be honest from their end?

I am fortunate for having met and speaking to scores of people whose ultimate objective is to earn money for which they are ready to go any extent may be forged salary slips, certificates and experience. I really wonder how on this earth any person who has committed any of these, is able to sleep peacefully in the night? An employee might be happy for getting few thousands more, but if those earned thousands are through from fake projections of his/her candidature, what is the real thrill of getting impressive perks. At least, I feel so

I had a strong experience, where in one of the good companies, a friend of mine is working, had given me a deal that if I could tweak my current experience, he would be able to ensure for an exorbitant increase in the new offer. I know at this juncture, many of the readers might be thinking, what a fool this guy is? Should have done it for a better living and comforts

The ecstasy of achieving that level of package with strong experience and skills is all together an unexplainable delight which can be obtained purely from perseverance and urge to learn. We may be a few thousands behind, but then life is definitely going to be peaceful without a stain in the track record

I know a smart IT Manager, who is more famous for his hefty salary package, once on a social event stated that he was able to join for a sky rocketing salary by tweaking experience which have been issued by his friend's company. Well, in cases like these, the documents are clear, the company gives the clearance because of the friendship they share, but what is happening to the employer here? The company hired, is paying more for someone who doesn't deserve so much hike which eventually is a huge loss for the employer and above that, the logic is "Companies Grow; You will Grow" or vice versa

Let's all pursue the unflinching hard work, with thorough goals and clear paths in our careers, I am sure money would automatically start flowing and above all, the unblemished feedback on a particular employee both internally and also in the market is really different kick one would always want to enjoy

Therefore, I humbly appeal to all the readers; before we submit our identity to our prospective employers, ensure the information provided is thoroughly authenticate

Money lost can be regained but identity lost can never be

God Bless the Planet
