Regarding the recruitment of laborers for our client which has a construction division. As far as we know, our client can recruit only through authorized recruitment agencies in India. As you are aware, these people get lot of money (in the range of Rs 1 lakh) from unskilled labourers, which our client wish to avoid. They have already recruited through some references in India and sent the visa with the document approved from India Consulate here for their ECNR clearance.



Now, they need more than 100 people. We are planning to come to India directly. What is the procedure they have follow to do that? Whether they need to inform anybody in advance or just they can give an ad for walk-in interview and do the shortlisting in the hotel itself. Our client is one the leading jewelery manufacturing company based in Dubai.
