I am working as Manager - HR in a pvt concern. My query is : while giving an increment for an employee which is to be accountable as: 3k in may month and next 3k in August month based on his performance, and got an initimation from my boss that dont have to give in writing for 3k for this month. Can I raise his salary without anything in written? Kindly revert back at the earliest.. what format should I use for performance appraisal?
