One of our client looking for the below mentioned position.



Position: International Compensation and Benefits Leader

Total experience: 6+ yrs

Job description:

Principal Responsibilities, duties and tasks of the job

Design, develop and implement global compensation and reward programs in support of

Client’s strategic direction and business objectives.

Develop competitive market position recommendations, implement market competitive global reward strategies and related compensation programs.

Provide consulting to the People Function leadership and Geography business leaders on reward programs

Partner with immigrations, Attorneys to create a total global rewards and grading framework for onsite travel

Participates in salary & benefit surveys

Implements retirement & benefits plans and programs.

Drive fitments for all overseas transfers – ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery

In conjunction with the India Lead, design and develop a framework for C&B budgeting using existing applications/ERP

In conjunction with the India Lead, develop and prepare management-training sessions on compensation and reward programs

Stays abreast of existing and proposed statutory requirements governing compensation and benefits administration, market practices on compensation & benefits activities and

recommending appropriate course of action.



Requirements



Minimum 4 years of Compensation Management and Analysis experience

Has worked with C-Suite of leadership in previous organizations

Experience in Global Market Pricing

Good communication - Program management experience is a plus.

Mathematics and Strong Excel skills are required.
