Summary of essential job functions
• Retention Management
• Making sure all the HR policies are followed
• Issue resolutions (Monetary/Non-Monetary)
• Customer satisfaction (Internal Customer)

Minimum requirements (Education Qualification & Work Experience)
• A graduate with a qualification in HRM.
• Relevant work experience of 3-4 years in service industry, preferably ITES.
Responsibilities
• Monitoring, measuring and reporting on HR issues, opportunities and development plans and
achievements within agreed formats and timescales
• Contributing to the evaluation and development of HR strategy
• Integrating & implementing best HR practices.
• Evaluating areas of competitive advantage through the development of Human Resources
and Organization Culture building.
• Conceptualizing programs and practices to enhance Employee Engagement & mitigate
attrition.
• Enhancing the employee experience by addressing people issues & driving systemic
improvements.
