Job Description:

• Experience with database procedural languages (oracle/MySQL).Experience with at least 1 commercial or open source ETL Tools. Shell scripting / XML/ file transfer methods.

• Responsible for the design, development, coding, testing, debugging and documentation of applications to satisfy the requirements of one or more user areas. Ensure accuracy & integrity of data & applications through analysis, coding, writing clear documentation & problem resolution.

• Includes hands-on new development as well as support, maintenance or enhancement of existing applications. Analyze & translate functional specifications & change requests into technical specification.

• Works closely with client to identify and specify complex business requirements and processes. Researches and evaluates alternative solutions and makes recommendations.

• Responsible to create and maintain ETL process, mentor junior ETL developers, manage data warehouse schema, SQL tuning, troubleshooting and fixing day-to-day ETL issues.
