Profile: Hard Core Recruitment

Experience: 0 to 3 years.

Compensation: Based on Experience and Knowledge.

Preferred Location: West/North/Central Delhi

Office Location: Tilak Nagar , Jail Road./Patna

Job Profile:



* Understanding the Job description of the various openings.

* Screening and short listing Candidates based on the Job description of the client.

* Pre selection Process HR interviews (via telephone).

* Managing and maintaining Database and MIS.

* Interacting with potential candidate and understanding their profile.

* Interacting & Coordinating with In-house HR.

* Helping Line-ups to be Turn-ups at Desired Location.



Desired Profile:



* Experience: 0 to 3 years.

* Communication: Excellent both Hindi / English.

* Higher IQ level and Vocal Skills.

* Enthusiasms

* Preferred Location: West Delhi.

* Die heart for HR Pref Recruitment.

* Growth Path : Associate—HR Associate --- Sr. Hr Associate --- Asst. Team Leader --- Team leader --- Lead Consultant --- Branch Manager



Other Detail:



* Office timing : 10:00 to 7.00 PM

* 6 Days a week

* Weekly/ Roaster Off: One in a Week

* Other offs: 1 L , 11 Holidays off in a years (festival / national Holidays)
