a) Analyze and understand the requirements received from the clients
b) Source candidates through job portals, referrals, head hunting and forums
c) Interview them over phone to ascertain their reliability, personality and suitability
d) Negotiate the terms
e) Coordinate with the candidate, subcontractor, if any, and other executives of the company and the clients in all stages of recruitment like, interview, selection and joining. .
Experience:
The selected candidate should be fully conversant with the technologies and recruitment experience of 2 years.
Experience in US staffing and knowledge of contracts and various visas are desirable.
Shift: Night Shift, Will follow US holidays
