An over all HR generalist profile, resourcing the candidates as specified by the company through various Job Portals, Database and Head Hunting and other resources. Conducting presentation & All process handling in campus Recruitment. Reviews resumes, perform preliminary interview, qualification assessment, Counseling and briefing the candidates about the company profile and working atmosphere, closing the candidate. Involved in the resourcing activity for Middle & Senior Level Management positions, payroll management, leave management , performance Management, Engagement interviews, Campus recruitment, HR activities consist of Induction, recruitment, training, Appraisals, Quality management, counseling, Employee relations ,exit interview, etc..
