Dear Freinds,

we are going through a pglobal phenomenon of recession. Though India is apparently affected at a lesser degree, non the less effect can be felt. I think the first axe always falls on the HR depts. As all corporates are resorting to cost cuttings and slimming the first one are always HR as it is perceived by many as a wasteful expenditure.Realty is far from this perception. It is during these times the roles of HR managers assumes greater importance.
