I have joined a company last week as an HR cum Adm. My role there is to handle the entire office, admin and hr. Also, it’s a small non-private firm which has only 15 employeesin Mumbai and pan India around 40 Employees so they do not have any HR Dept as such.
Hence, I have been asked to formulate new HR Policies, Rules & Regulations for the company.
They do not have any provision of Provident Fund,Medical Insurance,LTA etc.
The employers are very concerned about punctuality and discipline in the office.
I will be highly obliged if I could get some suggestions for the same.
